Hey everyone! It’s that time of the month. Who is excited to read what exciting events will be going on this October in NY. Some events are still going on from last month. If you missed it, you can read September’s post here. I am excited for the Fall and all the leaves changing colors and jackets and boots!

Activities-

New York Film Festival– September 28th- October 15th If you are looking to do something very artsy and feel like a real cultural New Yorker then this activity is for you! Book your date now today!

Archtober– October 2nd- October 31st celebrate NY’s architecture. Every day different tours  or events will be going on outside various buildings in NY. If you are looking for something different to do and its a beautiful fall day outside then this may but the perfect fall day activity for you!

Comic Con– October 5th-8th attend the famous Comic Con. I usually only find out that it is going on when I’m walking in the city and I see people dressed up in crazy costumes!

Pumpkin Spectacular-October 26th-29th If you want to check out amazingly carved pumpkin and basically a light show then this looks like a fun night time activity.

Art in Odd Places– October 12th-15th this weekend event looks very interesting. If you want to spend a day walking the streets of NYC then this may spike your interest.

Cocktails for a Cure–  October 13th- This event looks amazing. It’s a bit pricey, but its a charity event, check it out for an experience you won’t forget!

Evening Jazz Cruise– Select Fridays and Sundays in October. This looks like the perfect date night activity!

NYC Horror Fest– October 26th-29th do you like horror films? This is for you!

Halloween Parties– There are so many going on October 27th-28th! Search for one that is near you!

Family-

Pumpkin Festival– every weekend in October. This looks like a great activity for a family of all ages!

Harvest Fest– October 15th, at the Queens Botanical Garden, fun family activity!

Scarecrows & Pumpkins– Every weekend at the NY Botanical Gardens, check out whats going on this weekend for your family!
